At Morgan Scientific, we put the highest possible emphasis on product in-service and after sales support. Customers enjoy direct communication with our specialists without having to deal with annoying voice mail menus. From the initial delivery of equipment through training of staff and customizing of reports, our aim is to make sure customers are completely delighted with their purchase.

On-site training is usually achieved by two coordinated visits. Initially, one of our product specialists will spend two days covering equipment use and basic pulmonary physiology. Having used the product for several weeks, a follow-up visit is scheduled to go over any questions and introduce additional information. In exceptional cases, additional training can be requested as needed and is available at very reasonable cost.

The ComPAS Freedom™ HTML Help is very extensive and thoroughly illustrated. It covers complete background on pulmonary physiology, instrument calibration, testing and maintenance. If questions cannot be answered in the Help menus, our cheerful and attentive staff are only a phone call away.
